Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the item back in its original packaging, including all accessories and the GOAT verification tag, then secure it inside a shipping box.

  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your account and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

  Authentication & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's authenticity and condition, we will issue your refund as GOAT Credit or to your original payment method.
